Excellent restaurant if you are looking for authentic Mayan cuisine. They have a good variety of meals and very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is perfect and the staff very friendly.

This place has incredible food and an inspiring story. Opened by a grandfather as a loving memorial tribute to 2 of his grandchildren Emily and "Tito" who were tragically killed in an auto accident returning from college in Merida. Both had dreams of opening a restaurant and were studying to do so. A lovely breezy place with an open courtyard in the middle and lovely Yucatecan decor. The food is top notch traditional Yucatecan Mexican - always tasty and flavorful! One of my favorite island places!

Excellent restaurant for brunch. Everything fresh at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Extremely clean and friendly. The food was excellent for breakfast. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend for real Mexican breakfasts. Lots of options available.

The best breakfast on the island at really good prices. We have been unsuccessful at trying to find anything we don't like.

Quiet little place off the beaten track. Food was delicious, server super friendly. Dessert took a while to come but was worth it as it was freshly home made! Definitely worth a visit!

Restaurante El Cedral is our new favorite restaurant for breakfast and lunch having tried a lot of places over the past four winters. Their cafe de olla is a must have. Service was excellent. Great atmosphere. Outdoor dining is an option. Enter through the courtyard where you can park your bicycle.

Excellent food and good service. The omelettes were excellent and so was the enfrijoladas! Update: Unfortunately, I feel like the good service has been lacking the last couple times we visited. The food is still delicious!
